AI SYSTEMS THINKING - See the Bigger Picture • Find Root Causes • Design Better Solutions
In this practical one-day workshop, participants will learn how to combine Generative AI with Systems Thinking to analyse workplace challenges more deeply, identify patterns and root causes, and develop better solutions. Participants will explore AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude or organisation-approved platforms to question assumptions, examine problems from multiple perspectives and generate practical improvement ideas.
Unlike conventional problem-solving approaches that often focus on immediate symptoms, this programme helps participants step back and understand the wider system. Through hands-on exercises and workplace cases, participants will map relationships, investigate recurring patterns, identify leverage points and use AI to redesign processes and workflows. Responsible AI use, verification, confidentiality and human judgement are integrated throughout the programme.
